On the 5th of May in Edinburgh, we’ll be marking Republic Day alongside ‘Republic Edinburgh’ with a day of awareness boosting in the city centre followed by a social event in the evening. It would be great to see republicans from across the country gathered to mark the day and another year closer to the end of the Monarchy!
Details for the day’s campaigning will follow but it looks to start at Princes Street and a journey through the centre from 1pm – 4pm.
We’re then booked in to the Kilderkin on Canongate for a social occasion from 5pm onwards.
